Arida City is famous as a major mandarin orange-producing area, but it is also one of Wakayama Prefecture’s leading port towns, blessed with an abundance of seafood, especially Cutlassfish.
Taking inspiration from the city's unique character, we developed “Arida NARADEWA Sushi” (Sushi unique to Arida) featuring fresh seafood and rice seasoned with green mandarin juice.
