Mr. Sakamoto from Gunma Prefecture, who was originally an office worker in Tokyo, moved to Arida City.And he started this shop with Mr. Nakatani from Nakatani Farm and Mr. Egawa, a strawberry farmer.

By using fruit that is no different from regular fruit but does not meet shipping standards, such as fruit that is uneven in size or has a poor appearance, he hope to eliminate fruit waste.
